Pick-up Times:

Friday, April 23, 2004 from 3 to 6 p.m. and
Saturday, April 24, 2004 from 8a.m. to 12p.m.
at the 4-H Fairgrounds on South Chelmsford Road in Westford, MA.
Pick-up postcards will be sent out in mid September with your order number and a map to the fairgrounds.
Please bring your postcard with you.

You are responsible for picking up your order. Unclaimed orders will be donated to conservation groups immediately after pick-up ends. Your purchase cannot be refunded. The District cannot guarantee survival of plants as we have no control over the stock after it is picked up. Orders must be prepaid. Please make checks payable to: Middlesex Conservation District.

Directions for Pickup at Fairgrounds:

From Route 495 take exit #32. Go south 1/4 mile to lights. Go left at lights (Route 110). Go 1/2 mile. Turn right onto South Chelmsford Road. Go 1.0 mile to 4-H County Fairgrounds. Park in the first lot. Order pickup and cash sales are in the large green building across the field.
